Costs and timings

We are a small family run business and wherever possible we aim to dispatch your order within 3 to 5 days, obviously if we are able to dispatch earlier than this we will do so. We very much appreciate your patience and hope you agree that your items are worth the wait.

We use Royal Mail for our delivery service and will send all items out 1st class or by an expedited delivery method.

For UK orders the following postage and packing charges will be added during the checkout process.  We will add international delivery options in mid-August.

For Europe and select International Countries, the following postage and packing charges apply and will be added during the checkout process.  If the country you would like to ship to is not on the list, it means that we do not ship there.  In this case, please contact us and we will try to assist.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase however, if you are not satisfied you can return an item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The returned item must be in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging.

How to make a Return

Whatever your reason for returning an item please contact us before you return the item to authorise the return.  If you created a DoodleCraft account when checking out, you can use our Online Returns Process to help streamline your return.  Simply go to this page, sign in, view the order and click the Returns button.

Please make sure the item is well packed and in its original packaging to ensure that it arrives in perfect resalable condition.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service so that you can track the successful delivery of your return. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition we may refuse the refund or provide only a partial refund. 

Delivery Charges

We will only refund your original delivery charge and the delivery charges you incurred in returning the product back to us when a product is faulty, damaged or sent incorrectly, but not when a product is simply unwanted*. Please note that you will need to obtain return authorisation from us before returning your goods if you want your return postage refunded*.
