A commission is a new design created from a photo or image.

A customisation is a change you would like to be made to an existing DoodleCraft design.

There are two ways to order a commission or a customisation.

1. A new order where the deposit has not been paid.
   
   
2. You have purchased, or received as a gift, our Photo-2-Needle commission kit.
