United StatesMy shopping experience was fantastic. My issues were graciously taken care of very quickly. I love the details supplied in this pattern and find them very clear and helpful. Only one complaint: I use the Loop Method for joining on threads for speed and neatness, but with just 14" threads I have to join new threads too often which slows me down. 25-30" would be so much better. Maybe offer a choice would be helpful.
