United KingdomBeautiful design, fast delivery but sadly not complete (no DMC 3042). Couldn’t give as a gift because it was incomplete and obviously no idea when ‘new stock from DMC’ will be delivered to yourself. I feel that it would have been better if contact with me had been made about the shortfall so I could have made other arrangements for the gifting
Hi Margaret, I'm so sorry you have had this issue, we did not realise that there was a time constraint on this kit and would have sourced the thread from another supplier rather than wait for the DMC stock to arrive if we had known. The thread stock has arrived with us this morning and we will get it into the post for you today, I understand that this does not help with your gifting issue and would like to offer you a discount code for any purchase from the website, I will e-mail you the discount code.
